About Contadora Island Inn


The Contadora Island Inn Bed and Breakfast consists of two recently remodeled facilities located adjacent to each other on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of several of Contadora’s beautiful beaches.

The original facility has been successfully running since 2006 and accommodates up to twelve people.
“Hibiscus House” opened in October 2007 with three bedrooms, one suite, and four bathrooms to accommodate up to nine people.

Both houses feature:
  • Front and rear decks that showcase a native tropical wooded area with luscious palm trees and other indigenous flora and bird life.

  • Beautifully furnished rooms with ceiling fans, air conditioners, private bathrooms with hot and cold water showers, orthopedic mattresses, in-room safes, and private outdoor seating areas.

  • A delicious Panamanian breakfast with coffee, tea, juices, local fruit, home baked bread, and a daily variety of either eggs, pancakes, french toast, or gallo pinto.

  • Large central living areas with a television, DVD player for movie watching, a stereo, and ample seating for game playing and visiting.

  • Fully equipped kitchens for your personal use in the event you rent the entire house. If you desire a large room with your own kitchenette, we invite you to reserve the Frigata Magnifico room.
